Description

The Institute of Mass Communication and Skill Development (IMCSD) is offering a paid 3-month (12- week) practical/training to its enrolled students in both print and broadcast/electronic media to enhance/upgrade their Journalism knowledge and writing skills. Students who are pursuing or have done Diploma/Bachelors/Masters Programme in Journalism and Mass Communication from different government and private colleges/universities in J&K or from other States/Union Territories are eligible to register. Not only the students from Journalism and Mass Communication background, IMCSD will also offer a 3-month (12-week) training/internship programme to the students who are pursuing or have done Under Graduate/Post Graduate programmes in general streams like Arts, Commerce and Science to enhance their English writing skills. For students having a journalism background, the total fee for a 3-month long programme is Rs 15 000 while for non-journalism background students, the total fee is Rs 20000.
